Frog Teams

The Frog Elite program is focused on training serious lacrosse players who want to play at the college level or are looking for a club to help them reach their goals. Our high school teams attend top recruiting tournaments around the country while our youth teams stay within the midwest with the chance to attend other events through the LaxFed.

Through our network, we bring the top players and coaches from around the country to our turf. During tournaments, college coaches visit our bench so they can get to know our players. Our players have also done clinics in Baltimore with Hall of Fame coaches.

Our seasonal teams focus on opportunities in two to four month increments while attending regional events. This provides families with more flexibility and options throughout the year. We believe there are many ambitious players that may not be able to commit to our year-round program, so we introduced an opportunity for them to participate in our Frog Lacrosse travel teams.

Little Hoppers

The 3rd/4th Grade Little Hoppers Training program is designed to bring in passionate young lacrosse players looking to build a fundamental foundation and be introduced to the Frog Lacrosse program.

Frog Lacrosse for girls is built on learning foundational skills and game knowledge through intentional practice, allowing growth through mistakes, and the value of competing with a purpose in the pursuit of athletic and character development.

With an all-female staff from diverse lacrosse backgrounds, we focus on building confidence in our players and helping them understand their strengths and areas of growth. We believe that lacrosse can be a gateway for every girl to flourish in academic, personal/social, and career achievement.

The Frog Box program is focused on introducing players to box and educate the players of it’s importance in player development. Just like our field teams, our box program will offer tiered programming from new box lacrosse players to advanced players. Our goal is to make sure we are attending modified box tournaments and USBOXLA box events with real box rules. That way, our players can ease into the aggressive style of box and develop important fundamentals and concepts in their development process.
