The goal of girls Frog Lacrosse is to build upon learned foundational skills that in turn increases greater conceptualization of the game and lacrosse IQ. We do this through intentional practices, allowing growth through mistakes, and promoting the value of competing with a purpose in the pursuit of athletic and character development.
Frog Girls is broken down into two different sessions. Summer, and off-season (fall/winter).
During the summer sessions, the focus is on team and overall game development through the formation of tournament teams. We participate in competitions both locally and out of state which provides a unique opportunity for girls to play against a diversity of teams from across the country.
