2019 Focus

Our Elite program is for the serious lacrosse player looking for the ultimate travel team experience. This program will draw players interested in traveling around the country and compete in high-quality tournaments.

The core of our travel program is based on learning, allowing growth through mistakes and encouragements, and immersing fundamentals and fun in games and at practice. Grounded in this foundation we aim to build better athletes in the long run who play longer, learn important life lessons, and have better skills at higher levels of lacrosse.

2019 Team Format

The 2019 Elite will have a year-round model for the 2017-2018 season. The Frogs team will begin Practice in Mid September and end in early August.

Practice Schedule Format

2019 will practice on Sundays at Burnsville High School until November. Our winter practices will be at the Savage Sports Center with optional opportunities presented during the week in the winter months. The team will practice 3-4 days during the summer months in between tournament play.

*The schedule for Fall and Summer can change depending on the 2019 coaching staff and attendance. The Frog Coaching Staff has the ability to alter the schedule if deemed necessary. Frog Lacrosse will also make every attempt to reschedule practices that are canceled due to weather conditions and will have “Makeup” days ready for these cancellations.
